For most cleaning crew roles, a license is helpful but not required — you can take transit, bike, or carpool with a senior crew member. For supervisor and operations roles, a license + clean abstract is required (you'll be driving between properties).
Most properties are cleaned evenings (5pm-11pm) and overnights (10pm-6am) so we don't disrupt tenants. Day shifts exist for offices and some specialized work. Tell us your constraints on the application and we'll match.
Yes. We've hired housekeepers, hospitality workers, construction laborers, retail associates, and career changers. If you've cleaned anything — your home, a relative's, a previous job — and you have a strong work ethic, we'll train you.
