WHO WE ARE
CNF Janitors was founded in 2024 by a hands-on operator who'd spent years watching tier-1 facility managers settle for either thin national chains or unreliable one-crew shops. The thesis was simple: there's a middle path — a local company with real capacity, real training, and real accountability.
In two years, we grew from a single crew to 30 cleaners serving some of Ontario's most demanding properties — banks, transit hubs, public-sector offices, and industrial sites. We're not a franchise, and we're not a national chain. We're a local operation that earned the right to do work at scale.
Every CNF cleaner is WSIB-covered, background-checked, and trained to our standard. Every site has a dedicated account lead you can actually reach. Every visit is photo-logged so you can verify the work without being on-site.

Our crews are dispatched daily across 20+ communities — from Windsor in the west to Sarnia in the north, from London to Leamington, and every small town in between. Whether you have a single property or a hundred-property portfolio, one call covers it.
